ORDER PROCESSING TIME

 All items are made by hand and on demand. Dependent on capacity of orders, items will be made and processed for shipping within 3 business days of payment. If your item will take longer than this to process you will be notified. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping time is dependent on the Aus Post network.

All shipping & product prices are in $AUD. 

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post

Please know that for anything tracking or timeframe related it is best to contact AusPost first due to their access to their network and much faster update ability. International Shipping

Due to all of our designs being made by hand, shipment orders will be dispatched within 3 business days upon receipt of payment - shipping time is an estimated 3-4 weeks depending on the Country and time of year from dispatch date.

International Custom Fees

International customers may be required to pay Customs charges. All customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the customs fees.

Tink Creations is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

 

 TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • You will receive an email the day we dispatch - ensure you enter your email address correctly so you can keep an eye out for your shipment
  • Australia Post will email you with your eParcel tracking number, they will also email you updates as your parcels moves through the network
  • Check that your PayPal account has the CORRECT address - we have to pay to have the parcel returned to us when you have supplied the incorrect information and we will charge you shipping to re-post
  • Check that you supply the CORRECT address - we have to pay to have the parcel returned to us when you have supplied the incorrect information and we will charge you shipping to re-post
  • Should your parcel be left unclaimed and returned to us, we will notify you of this and we will re-ship to you at YOUR cost. This is because we have to pay to have your parcel returned to us.
