Faulty
We offer either
- money back within 30 days,
- Free repair including postage or
- product exchange for the same style, size and color.
We do thoroughly check the quality of every item we send out. However if you have received a faulty item we want to know and we will refund, repair or replace the item.
Replacements are only possible for your item if it is:
- Construction error.
- You notify us within 30 days of purchase. (Via Instagram or the website chat)
- With your proof of purchase. (email receipt is fine)
- Item has not been worn.

- Providing as many details as possible.
- Important: You must provide the original order number and the reason for returning the item
- You can find your order number on the email you received from us while placing the order.
- We will inform you with instructions regarding the next step as soon as we receive and inspect your request.
