Faulty

We offer either

  • Free repair including postage or
  • product exchange for the same style, size and color.

We do thoroughly check the quality of every item we send out. However if you have received a faulty item we want to know and we will refund, repair or replace the item.

Replacements are only possible for your item if it is:

  • Construction error.
  • You notify us within 30 days of purchase. (Via Instagram or the website chat)
  • With your proof of purchase. (email receipt is fine)
  • Item has not been worn.

    • Important: You must provide the original order number and the reason for returning the item
